At Rihaal, we aim to prepare and dispatch your order with care as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after your order has been placed.

During busy periods, launches, Ramadan, Eid, bank holidays or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery across the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times are usually:

Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch, where available

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your order value, delivery method and location.

Where free shipping is offered, this will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number by email or SMS, depending on the delivery method selected.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Rihaal cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions. If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery or non-collection, additional postage charges may apply to resend the order.

Delays

While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, bank holidays, busy periods or circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

At this time, we may not offer international shipping unless shown at checkout.

If international delivery is available, any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos.

We will investigate the issue with the courier and do our best to resolve it.
